Children's Art Time

A fun, hands-on art program for children held on the first Saturday of every month at the Woodson Museum. Kids explore a variety of art materials and techniques in a welcoming, creative environment. All ages welcome — no experience needed!

WRAP Exhibit at the CVA

The Wisconsin Regional Art Program (WRAP) Exhibition at the Center for Visual Arts in Wausau. Come view original works by regional Wisconsin artists in this annual show, coordinated by the Wisconsin Valley Art Association in partnership with the Association of Wisconsin Artists. The show will hang Oct. 28th - Nov. 20th.

Membership Memorial Show

Annual Festival

Art in the Park

Two days of local art and craft vendors at Marathon Park featuring pottery, painting, photography, jewelry, fine woodcraft, stained glass, and much more. The festival included live artist demonstrations, children's book readings, craft areas, and food trucks. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it a wonderful weekend! Hope to see you next year, whether as vendor or visitor!

WRAP Teen Exhibition

In collaboration with the Association of Wisconsin Artists (AWA), WVAA proudly hosted the Wisconsin Regional Art Program–Teen (WRAP-Teen) Exhibition at the Center for the Visual Arts (CVA) in Wausau. It showcased exceptional artwork by regional artists ages 13–19. The WRAP-Teen program gives young artists the opportunity to exhibit their work, receive professional feedback, and compete for advancement to the statewide exhibition. Artwork receiving State Awards at the regional level is eligible for the juried WRAP State Conference Exhibition.
